Hi! I’m Francesca, your lash technician & educator. I live in North London with my partner and two children Aurelia & Taio. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and have been lashing for the past 12. I started my career working in salons, and absolutely loved the buzzy atmosphere, working in a team and getting to meet and build relationships with clients. After a few years i started to feel overwhelmingly exhausted working long days and late nights, and felt like i couldn’t keep up with everyone around me. I kept having to take time off and was made to feel like i was lazy and letting the team down. Soon after, i was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and everything seemed to make more sense. I wasn’t lazy or unmotivated, but my body needed me to slow down so it could recover and heal. I knew i needed to make more money working less hours, and so off i went to my first lash course! Back then there were hardly any, if any, big stablished training providers.

I did my training at my local beauty wholesalers, and it was…questionable! But i was determined to make a success of my new business venture, so i found as many free resources that i could online, forums, facebook groups, youtube videos, and i worked my arse off! After my first year of lashing i was fully booked 6 days a week and by my second year i was making enough that i could buy my first property. I fell in love with lashing. It was a creative outlet and a form of meditation. The industry was quickly evolving and i was excited to try new techniques, lashing styles and equipment.

in 2024 i completed my teacher training. With a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment, my aim is to create a space where lash artists can ask questions, receive constructive feedback, and grow both professionally and personally.
